Face Data Protection

Important: ZEXA does not retain, store, or collect any face data or biometric information from the photos you upload. Your photos are processed temporarily by our AI partners solely for image generation purposes and are automatically deleted immediately after processing. No facial recognition data is extracted, stored, or used for any other purpose. Our third-party AI partners likewise do not store or retain any face data or biometric information beyond the temporary processing period.

• Support Communications: When you contact us for support, we collect your email address.

Content You Create:

• Photos you upload for image generation

• Creation metadata (timestamps, settings used)

Technical Information:

• Device information (iOS version, device model)

• App usage data and crash reports

• Network information for service delivery

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: Your credit balance and creation history are stored locally on your device and synced via Apple's CloudKit.

Cloud Processing: Images you upload are temporarily processed by our AI partners (including fal.ai and Google Gemini) to generate new images. These images are automatically deleted immediately after processing. No face data, facial recognition information, or biometric data is retained or stored.

Abuse Prevention: We may temporarily retain uploaded content for a limited period (up to 72 hours) solely for abuse prevention and security monitoring.

Image Storage: Generated images are stored for 7 days and then automatically deleted.
